Media Invite: Official Opening of New Stagecoach Customer Contact Centre in Perth

WHAT:            Thursday 19 May will see the official launch of Stagecoach’s new customer contact centre in Perth. The dedicated customer contact centre will offer a one-stop phone and digital contact point serving customers right across the UK. Join Carla Stockton-Jones, UK Managing Director for Stagecoach, for the official launch of the new centre.

WHY:              A brand new customer contact centre that is providing new employment opportunities for the region and represents a clear demonstration of Stagecoach’s commitment to providing the best possible service to customers in a drive to a cleaner, greener country.  The new multi-skilled team will operate an improved seven-day a week service from the launch of the new centre and will move to fully extended opening hours on weekdays and weekends within the year to align better with how people travel.
